Class Descriptions

Stand Up!: A falls prevention program that combines balance, strength and range of motion exercises

Minds in Motion: A program that incorporates physical and mental stimulation for people with early to mid stage Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias and their caregivers.

From Soup to Tomatoes: Sitting workout to improve functional mobility and increase muscular strength and endurance.

Chair- Based Total Fit: A unique training session with continuous seated movements for cardio stimulation and functional mobility exercise to improve daily living.

Indoor Walking Program: Come walk the halls at MHS. Drop-in, bring comfortable walking shoes.
Total Fit: Beginner and intermediate friendly functional fitness meant to improve and assist with everyday life
