Class Descriptions

 Pilates Strength (60 mins. All Levels): Get your core warm, strong and stable with a full-body workout. Focus on breath, control and form in movement. Grounded in the essential Pilates repertoire; build stamina, gain flexibility, and create core strength and balance.  

20/20/20 (60 mins. All Levels): This class has it all- 20 minutes of cardio to elevate the heart rate, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning to challenge the muscles. The final 20 minutes include a thorough head-to-toe to stretch to maintain and increase flexibility and to relax after a great workout. 

AM Total Fit (60 mins. Intermediate Level): Start your day with an invigorating workout including cardio, muscle-conditioning, balance training and stretching.

Total Body Blast (45 mins. Intermediate Level): This class focuses on strength training & toning along with a cardio component and core strengthening. 

Hatha Yoga (60 mins. All Levels): This hatha yoga class includes asanas, pranayama, cleansing practices (kriyas) and deep
relaxation techniques. Physical benefits of regular yoga practice include increased flexibility, muscle strength, balance and co-ordination. Mental benefits include stress reduction and better concentration. If you want to slow down the aging process, detoxify the body and/or reduce your stress levels, this is the class for you. Modification(s) are encouraged to challenge all levels without intimidating anyone!

Gentle Yoga  (60 mins. All levels):  Develop a personal yoga practice by exploring awareness and bodily postures (asanas),
breath work (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. A gentle flow to warm-up the body is followed by various poses which will develop flexibility and balance. The class is designed to help improve posture and maintain range of motion necessary for daily activities. Breath work helps to improve oxygen flow throughout the body and increase energy levels. Straightforward relaxation techniques help to focus the mind and reduce stress.

Cardio Shred (45 mins – Intermediate to Advanced Level): High impact cardio training increasing your endurance & cardio while incorporating some strength training.

Pump! 
(30 mins – Intermediate to Advanced Level): An intense energetic workout designed to pump you up.

Pilates Flow (60 mins – All Levels:  Get connected to your body by connecting to those muscles you didn’t even know you had. Creative Pilates sequencing helps you improve body awareness and rebalance muscles while challenging strength and endurance. Expect a full body workout that will leave toned, strong and grounded.
