Fitness Classes  No previous exercise class experience required.      
All classes begin with a warm-up period and end with a cool-down period.

Class Details:
 
Tai JiFit Flow – Mondays 10:30 am – 11:15 am
It combines the best elements of fitness, meditation and the ancient martial art of Taiji (Tai Chi)
 
Total Body Blast – Mondays 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm
Combines resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.  This class is easy-to-follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance.
 
Stretch & Strength – Mondays 6:15 pm – 7:00 pm
This workout aims to bring the body into balance through functional exercises.  It stretches the tight and strengthens the weak to bring the body to a stronger, longer version of itself.  
 
Total Fit Seniors – Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Includes cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises for older adults and younger participants wanting a moderately paced workout.
 
NRG!-MMCC (Metabolic, Mobility, Conditioning, Core)  - Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm
This class will have 20 minutes of high intensity interval training, 20 minutes of muscle endurance and strength conditioning (using body weight and/or equipment) and 20 minutes of foam rolling,  and dynamic and static stretching. 
 
Intro Yoga – Wednesdays 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Exploring awareness and bodily postures, breathe work and relaxation techniques.
 
Cardio Shred – Wednesdays 5:45 pm – 6:30 pm
A workout that combines high intensity cardio and effective body sculpting exercises using various equipment.
 
Pump! – Wednesdays 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm
An energetic workout designed to pump you up.
 
Restore & Relax – Thursdays 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm   New Class
This class is designed to restore your muscles and relax your body using deep relaxation techniques.
 
Circuit & Strength
This class will combine a series of low- to high-intensity exercises interspersed with active rest periods. Varying the intensity of effort exercises the heart muscle, providing a cardiovascular workout, improving aerobic capacity and giving a high calorie burn in a short period of time.  With a 15 minute stretch and strength designed to tone, tighten and strengthen.
