Dance Classes No previous dance experience required.
This partner’s class will introduce you to the basics of social dancing in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. The basic steps of the most common dances will be learned, including jive, waltz, cha-cha and rumba. This is a great way to spend time with your partner while getting some exercise and learning some dance moves.
Groove - 8 weeks - 45 minute class - $38
Groove classes are dance/fitness classes where you learn SIMPLE and EASY choreography from a variety of different dance styles (Hip Hop, Urban, House, Jazz, Bollywood, Latin, African, Contemporary, Swing, Disco and many more!).The choreography is simple (there are not many movements to remember) so that you can dance the moves your own way! When you get a chance to move in a way that feels good for your body, you get a great workout that's perfect for you! It will include cardio, muscle toning and strengthening and stretching. Dancing is a great way to get active, release energy and have fun!
Fitness classes
Total Body Fit - 20/20/20 - 8 weeks - 60 minute class - $50
This class has it all! 20 minutes of cardio to elevate the heart rate and improve the cardiovascular system. 20 minutes of muscle conditioning to challenge the muscles with special attention to the core. The final 20 minutes include a thorough head to toe stretch to maintain & increase flexibility and to relax after a great workout.
Total Body Fit - Interval - 8 weeks - 60 minute class - $50
A group warm-up, followed by interval training, then cool-down, stretch and relaxation. During interval training, we will alternate between cardiovascular activity to get the heart pumping and muscle conditioning activity to tone and strengthen muscles. This is a great combination to get an effective and efficient workout, that will get you results.

Yoga
Gentle Yoga - 8 weeks - 60 minute class - $50
Develop a personal yoga practice by exploring awareness and bodily postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. Focus on body alignment, in order to improve posture and maintain range of motion necessary for daily activities. Use breathwork to help improve oxygen flow throughout the body and increase energy levels. Practice relaxation techniques to help to focus the mind and reduce stress. This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga, as well as, gentle yoga practitioners.
All Levels Yoga - 8 weeks - 75 minute class - $62 / 8 weeks - 60 minute class - $50
Come to enjoy and share the common power of yoga for your body and mind. Physical benefits of regular yoga practice include increased flexibility, muscle strength, balance and co-ordination. Mental benefits include stress reduction and deeper concentration. Practice combinations of bodily postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Modification(s) are encouraged to challenge all levels without intimidating anyone.
Intermediate Yoga - 8 weeks - $50
The class follows the same principles as in All Level, however with increased intensity and complexity. Practice challenging sequences of postures, linked by breath to strengthen and stretch the entire body ad combat stiffness of the mind! A personal, regular yoga practice is strongly recommended.

School programs
Special rates for schools. Yoga, groove, or fitness classes, which co-incide with the Ontario curriculum. Single visit or weekly rates available.
Special Workshops/Classes
Special workshops will be posted here and are offered throughout year, such as couples yoga, or classes (fee by donation) for charity.
Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis of $8/class. (With the exception of social dancing).
