- Do I need to be flexible in order to take yoga? No, you would take yoga in order to increase your flexibility. Everyone can work at different levels.
- Do I need to have my own partner for ballroom dancing? Yes, but you can let me know if you need a partner and I can try to match you up.
- Can men participate in yoga? Absolutely, and many already do.
- I have a hard time counting steps and am not good with choreography, which class would be suitable for me? Groove is a great class since you don't have to count steps, there is minimal choreography and it is really all about letting go and just dancing to fun music like you would in your living room at home.
- Are all the clases dance-based? No, if you want a great all-around workout, come one of the Total Fit classes, which includes cardio, muscular strength and endurance training and stretching.
- I have a non-serious physical condition and wonder if I can still participate in classes? Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult your physician. These group classes are designed for people who already encorporate physical activity in their lifestyle. Be sure to inform or discuss any limitations prior to registration.
